Install on a remote phone / tablet

Open this page on the device (Chrome / Samsung Internet) — https://demos.mixapps.store/carneys-showcase/downloads.html

Tap Download for Hub (or Manager / POS). If Android blocks install, allow “Install unknown apps” for the browser (Settings → Apps → browser → Install unknown apps).

Open the APK from the notification or Downloads folder → Install → Open.

Sign in with a PIN when the app asks. Manager / Hub web pages use the same PINs as the browser demo.

Mic (Biz Manager): allow microphone when prompted. Speak after the dock shows “listening”. Replies use server TTS (or device speech if browser path).

These are debug builds for demos — signed for sideload, not Play Store. Uninstall older Carney’s builds first if install fails with “app not installed”.

Not in the APK: xAI API key, shop secrets, FTP, SSH. Those live only in server config.local.json on BinaryLane. If Biz voice fails, the fix is server config — not a new APK.
