How to use the suite — pick your role

Start with the guide that matches your PIN. Each page covers what you can open, daily workflows, and step-by-step how-tos for apps and browser pages.

Full access: finance, BAS, payroll, both stores, Biz Manager, strategy & end-of-week checks.

Day-to-day run: open/close, stock, buying, recon, print packs, voice Biz dock, staff oversight.

Till sales, pack, staff portal orders, what you can and cannot change.

Public website: browse, cart, pickup & delivery — for training front-of-house too.

Suggested first week

Everyone: read How the software works (5 minutes).
Everyone: open the join hub, pick your role, see only your tiles.
Owners & managers: skim Features, then your role guide.
Managers: walk one full day: open float → sell → reorder glance → EOD close → print pack.
Staff: practice three sales on the till (cash, card, account if allowed).
